How We Work

One methodology. Three ways to engage.

Whether we're advising, embedded in your team, or running a function outright, every engagement follows the same discipline.

The methodology

Assess. Stabilize. Build. Operate.

  1. 01

    Assess

Before we recommend anything, we look at what's actually happening — delivery data, escalation history, architecture, team structure — not just the narrative in the status report. This is usually where the real problem surfaces, and it's often different from the one we were called in for.

  2. 02

    Stabilize

We close the highest-damage gaps first: unclear ownership, unmanaged risk, an escalation path that's failing. Stabilizing isn't the full fix — it's making sure things stop getting worse while the real fix is designed.

  3. 03

    Build

We design and build the actual solution — a delivery process, an operating model, a governance structure, or software — with the people who will use it, not around them.

  4. 04

    Operate

Some engagements end with a handoff. Others don't. If it makes sense, we stay on: advising, embedded in your team, or running the function ourselves against agreed service levels.

How we engage

Three ways to work with us

Advisory

We assess, recommend, and provide oversight — your team retains execution and ownership. Best when you need an independent perspective and already have the capacity to act on it.

Embedded

Our people work inside your team, on your systems, under your process — filling a specific capacity or expertise gap without the overhead of a full build-out.

Outsourced Operations

We take direct, accountable ownership of a function — support, delivery, or engineering — against agreed service levels. You get the outcome; we carry the operational load. Managed Support is the dedicated version of this for production support specifically.

Let's talk about how this would work for you.

Most conversations start with a specific situation, not an abstract engagement model. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll tell you which of these fits.
